We built Cloei: an AI SMS assistant that texts customers within seconds, holds natural conversations about car finance, handles questions and objections, and books warm callbacks with the sales team. She follows up if customers go quiet, reschedules missed calls, and respects opt-outs instantly. Built with Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, AWS (Bedrock, ECS, SQS), Twilio, React, and TypeScript.

A health-tech startup needed a mobile app for community clinicians visiting patients in their homes. The team had a working web tool, but field staff lost productivity every time the signal dropped. We designed and built a cross-platform React Native app with offline-first sync, secure patient record viewing, visit logging, photo capture, and form completion that all queue and reconcile automatically when the device reconnects. Shipped to both stores with continuous OTA updates and full audit logging.

A growing D2C brand was drowning in manual ops: orders flowing in from Shopify and Amazon, support tickets piling up in Zendesk, and a small ops team copying data between systems all day. We built a workflow automation layer that routes each order to the right warehouse based on SKU and shipping address, auto-classifies and triages incoming support tickets, and processes routine refunds end-to-end without human touch. A lightweight internal dashboard lets the ops lead pause, override, or inspect any automation in real time.

  • -Order routing from 12 minutes per order to under 30 seconds
  • -Routine refunds processed without a human in the loop, SLA from days to hours
