Karyalo - contract drafting, review and signature
Karyalo is our own product for law firms, in-house legal and business teams: everything from first draft to executed PDF in one record. It drafts from three things the team controls, a drafting recipe they write once, their approved wording with its fallbacks, and the agreements they have already signed, so contracts come out in their defined terms rather than a generic model average. Every clause is then graded against the negotiating positions they have already agreed, with the offending text quoted and the redline written ready to accept. Finished drafts go to the other side on a tracked link with no account needed at their end, reviewers who go quiet get chased automatically, and signatures are taken in the order you set and bound to the exact version sent. Documents are encrypted before storage under a key belonging to the workspace alone, served only to authenticated members, and never used to train a model.
