How is this different from a chatbot widget like Tidio or Gorgias automation?
Widgets are scripted decision trees with limited free-text understanding. AI agents hold actual conversations using large language models, learn from your help docs and product catalog, and integrate deeply with your store. A shopper can ask "do you have this in petite for a wedding next week, and can you ship to Glasgow by Friday?" and get a real answer with the product link.
Do we replace Klaviyo or Postscript?
