This website is run by WebsiNova Technologies ("WebsiNova", "we", "us"), D/2, 37, Road-3, Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai-400101, India. "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site.

This website describes our services, products and work, and lets you contact us or book a call. It is for general information only. Nothing on it is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Sending the contact form, emailing us or booking a call does not create a client relationship, and it does not commit either of us to anything.

Timelines, engagement lengths, budgets and outcomes on this site, such as “days, not quarters” or “2-8 weeks”, are typical examples. They are not promises for your project. Every project, retainer or embedded squad engagement is governed only by a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Unless stated otherwise, this website and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the WebsiNova name and logo, are owned by or licensed to WebsiNova and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt its content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Names of third-party technologies, platforms and companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe our work, and mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

Descriptions of client projects and of our own products are summaries meant to illustrate our work. Some details may be simplified or left out to protect client confidentiality, and product features can change over time.

The WhatsApp demo on our Products page is free and provided only so you can try the product. Emma is an AI receptionist for a demo clinic. Appointments made during a demo call are not real bookings, and nothing said in a call is medical or professional advice.

AI responses can be wrong. Do not use the demo in an emergency, and do not share sensitive information during a call. We may change, limit or switch off the demo at any time. WhatsApp’s own terms also apply to your call. How we handle demo call data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Karyalo is a WebsiNova product with its own website at karyalo.in. Using Karyalo is governed by the terms published there or agreed with you, not by these terms.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• -Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• -Send spam, fake enquiries or malicious code through the contact form or by email.
• -Try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or interfere with, disrupt or overload them.
• -Abuse, overload or try to manipulate the AI voice agent demo.
• -Collect personal data about other people from the site.
• -Pretend to be another person or organisation.

The site links to services we do not control, including Cal.com, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete or always available. We may change or remove any content at any time without notice.

To the extent the law allows, WebsiNova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you break these terms or misuse the website, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we suffer as a result.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data through this website. It forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the website.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
