What the website check covers
Most free audits stop at SEO. This one also looks at what happens after someone finds you. Page speed is not included: Google PageSpeed Insights measures it better, so we link you there.
Can people find you
robots.txt, XML sitemap, noindex tags, canonical tags, https and www redirects, titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, thin pages, broken links and schema.
AI search
Whether robots.txt blocks the crawlers ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini use, whether you have an llms.txt, and whether your text needs JavaScript to appear.

Why a website check is more than SEO
Being found is only half of it. A visitor who lands on your site at 11pm, cannot tap your number and finds no way to book or chat is a lead lost after all the work of getting found.
AI assistants now answer "who should I hire" questions too, from pages they were allowed to crawl and able to read. So the check covers search, AI search and what happens when someone wants to get in touch.

Is the website check really free, with no email?
Yes. Enter an address and the full report appears on screen. There is no email form, no account and no paid tier behind the results.
Why is there no overall score?
Every tool weighs checks differently, so a score out of 100 means little and never matches the next tool. We count problems, things to improve and passed checks instead, and put the problems first.
Does it check page speed or Core Web Vitals?
No. Google PageSpeed Insights measures that from Google’s own data, so we link to it rather than give you a second, less accurate number.
It says I have no chat widget or analytics, but I do. Why?
We read the HTML your server sends. Tools added later by JavaScript or a tag manager may not be in it, which is why the report says "not found on the pages we read" rather than "you do not have one".
Do you store my website or report?
We do not save reports in a database. The result is cached for up to 24 hours so the same report link opens quickly; after that, opening the link runs a fresh check.
Can I use it on a client’s or prospect’s website?
Yes. Agencies and freelancers can run it on any public site and save a PDF without our name on it.
